A book by Whitni Baker
Blogging Nekkid© is a compilation of blogs from around the world written by average every day people like you and me.
Blogging has become the average person’s way to bare one’s soul or share one’s ideas. According to Business Week (Heather Green, Blogspotting, 7/31/07), there are approximately 275 million users at the top rated social sites where average people blog on a daily basis. These include MySpace, Facebook, Hi5, Friendster, Orkut, Bebo and Tagged. Although not all of these users blog, the majority of them do. In fact, Technorati, an internet search engine for searching blogs, estimates that 175,000 new blogs are created every single day.
Bloggers blog in many unique ways. Some blog in pictures. Some blog in prose. Some blog in story telling mode and others simply blog by posting things that they've seen or read elsewhere that caught their attention. Blogging Nekkid© is about the personally written blog. The personal written blog is a blog in text form expressing personal thoughts and feelings about life or more specifically, that blogger's life.
Reading blogs from real people, leading real lives can be inspiring, heart wrenching, humorous and often times, consoling during difficult times. The only problem is WHERE DO YOU FIND ALL OF THE GREAT BLOGS?!?
Finally, you will be able to find a huge array of blogs from different people about whatever was on their mind at that moment, compiled in one book for your reading pleasure. The hours of blog surfing has been done for you. Sit back, relax and enjoy some blogging. Some blog entries are anonymous, others aren't.
